Please, note that international customers are responsible for all customs, duties and taxes associated with shipping to their respective countries.

Delivery times

  • All The Gretest products are made to order, this way we can offer you a great variety of cool designs and we create each product just for YOU.
  • RUGS take 1 week to be ready to ship to you.
  • Clothing takes 5 (dresses & tops) - 10 (skirts & kimonos) business days to be shipped.
  • Rest of products take around 4-7 business days to be shipped.
  • We can't do rush shipping.
  • We will email you as soon as your order ships.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not completely happy with your purchase*, return it to our address in Madrid, Spain within 15 days and we'll refund your purchase, minus the shipping costs. Buyers are responsible for paying return postage.

If you prefer to exchange the product/s for another one/s, you will have 15 days once the returned item is received (we will contact you via email), to tell us which one/s you would like in exchange. If the new item is a higher price, we will contact you for additional payment; if the new item is a lower price, we will refund the difference to your original form of payment.

Please note that my rugs and window curtains are made to order so:
We don't accept any returns or exchanges and don't issue any refunds for rugs and window curtains once purchased.
If you receive a rug or window curtain with a manufacturing defect please contact me within 48 hours of receipt based on delivery confirmation status with a photo of your damaged product and I will replace the rug free of cost to you.

*Items must be returned in unused and undamaged condition in order to receive a refund.*

Although we'll do our best to fix the problem, TheGretest is not responsible for orders that can not be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
